Deliveries to countries outside the EU are subject to additional duties, taxes and fees.
You will find more information on duties for example under

We only ship to the countries indicated.
We also deliver to pack stations within Germany


Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 days,
in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 7 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon,
after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready,
along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Austria within 2 business day
Europe Zone 1 within 2 business day
Europe Zone 2 within 2 business day
International Zone 3 within 3 business day

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

in working days based on empirical values and refer to duty-free shipments to the capital of the respective country.

Terms of payment
The minimum order value is: 15,00 € and the maximum order value is: 850,00 €.
For orders over 850,00 €, another order has to be placed.

Further details on payment
We reserve the right to make the delivery only against prepayment via transfer in isolated cases.
As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 2 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.

Explanation of the payment options

Prepayment:
2% discount on prepayment.
Once the order is received, you will immediately receive our account details by email.
Please pay the invoice amount. Once payment is received, we will ship your order. A delivery note accompanies the delivery

Bill Purchase:
For customers from Germany we offer payment by purchase on account via our partner PayPal Plus.
If you select the purchase on account when paying, you have the possibility to transfer the purchase amount within 14 days.
After you have received the item, follow the payment instructions in the email that PayPal sent you.
You do not need a PayPal account. A delivery note is included with the delivery.

SEPA-Direct Debit Mandat:
For customers from Germany we offer payment by SEPA direct debit, via our partner PayPal.
By confirming the payment order, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate.
PayPal will then inform you about the date of the debit.
You do not need a PayPal account. A delivery note is enclosed with the delivery.

Cash on delivery:
You pay the total amount upon receipt of the goods in cash to the respective delivery man.
A delivery note accompanies the delivery.

Credit cart:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Maestro payments.
Directly after your order, we instruct the appropriate bank to collect the invoice amount.
Immediately after receipt of payment we will ship your order. A delivery note is enclosed with the delivery.

PayPal & PayPal Express:
Once the order is received, you will immediately receive our PayPal account details by email.
Please pay the invoice amount. Once payment is received, we will ship your order.
A delivery note accompanies the delivery.

For payment on account, the goods ordered will be shipped or delivered together with the invoice to the customer.
The purchase price is due within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the invoice date.

SOFORT Banking:
For customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, Spain, Belgium & the Netherlands,
we offer immediate payment through our partner Mollie B.V..
We will ship your order immediately after receipt of payment. A delivery note is enclosed with the delivery.

iDeal:
For customers in the Netherlands, we offer the payment by iDeal through our partner Mollie B.V.
Once payment is received, we will ship your order. A delivery note accompanies the delivery.

Bancontact:
For customers from Belgium we offer the payment via EPS via our partner Mollie B.V.
Immediately after receipt of payment we will ship your order. A delivery note is enclosed with the delivery.

EPS (Electronic Payment Standard):
For customers from Austria we offer the payment via EPS via our partner Mollie B.V.
Immediately after receipt of payment we will ship your order. A delivery note is enclosed with the delivery.

giropay:
For customers in the Germany, we offer the payment by giropay through our partner
Mollie B.V. Once payment is received, we will ship your order. A delivery note accompanies the delivery.

AMAZON Pay:
Are you an Amazon customer?
Pay now with the address and payment data, which is stored in your Amazon account.

Pick-up in store:
For customers in Germany, we offer pick-up of the goods in our shop in Fulda. In this case, there are no shipping costs. The goods are held for you for 7 days and then released for sale again once this period has passed. In our mega-store, you can pay by EC-card, credit card or cash.
