Robust four seasons men's engineering boots with "Thinsulate™ Insulation" insulation and steel toe cap.

Inners:
The upper and the heel area are finished with a very comfortable pigskin leather and the foot area is finished with a cow split leather. No exposed seams are created when the entire lining is processed. The wearing comfort is considerably increased by the use of a comfort intermediate insert and the partially padded insole. 
The comfort insole is located between the insole (insole) and the outsole and gives the boot a great flexibility.

Thinsulate insulation: warm in winter and cool in summer 
The boots store the temperature of the storage environment like a thermos flask (cool in summer and warm in winter). The stored or "remembered" temperature is held in the boot for a certain period of time. So one has, on cold or wet days, warm feet. On warm days then cool feet. 

The boots are water-repellent and breathable due to the insulation and the special processing of the leather. Therefore the boots are ideal for motorcycling at any time of the year. 

The functional principle of the insulation is the storage of the air molecules. The more air is stored in the microfibre structure of the Thinsulate Membrane, the higher the insulation value of the footwear. The Thinsulate insulation fibres are much finer than other fibres (leather, textile, synthetic) so they can store much more air molecules and provide much better insulation.

The heat emitted by the feet is kept inside the footwear. The resulting air humidity is deliberately removed from the inside of the shoe so that no drop in temperature or rise in temperature can occur. 

Uppers:
The welted Sendra Boots 12397 Sprinter Negro Thinsulate Engineerstiefel has as upper material a very robust, thick cowhide leather which is also very easy to clean due to the greasing. 

The bootstraps attached to the edge of the shaft make it easier to get into the biker ankle boot.
The biker buckle attached to the ankle area is not removable.
The oil-resistant rubber outsole is sewn to the outer frame.
The round IRON-ribbons of the Sendra Boots boots have a comfortable fit (medium foot shape and normal instep height).
